Working in Troy
Oakland County's biggest office market is our backyard
Troy carries more office space than any other city in Oakland County. The towers and mid-rises along Big Beaver, the corporate campuses off Crooks and Livernois, and the suites that turn over every time a lease does. That turnover is our core work: office build-outs for tenants moving in, suite refreshes for landlords between leases, and the maintenance trades that keep Class A buildings looking like it.
Troy's other half gets less press but just as much of our time: the flex and service space along Maple Road and Stephenson Highway, where tenants need interior work that respects an operating schedule. And along Rochester Road and the Somerset end of Big Beaver, retail build-outs run on lease deadlines like everywhere else: just with landlords who read criteria manuals closely.
Our shop sits at 32300 Howard Ave in Madison Heights: about ten minutes from the Big Beaver exit. When a superintendent needs to be on your Troy site in the morning, he's not commuting across the region to get there.
