We walk the site with you and put the scope in writing, including what we think you shouldn't pay for.

Do I need drawings before requesting a bid?

No. Plans help, but most projects start with an address and a goal. If drawings are needed for permits, we'll tell you at the walkthrough and bring a design partner scaled to the job.

Does the bid cost anything?

No: walkthroughs and bids are free. If a project needs paid engineering or design before it can be priced responsibly, we'll say that plainly before anyone commits a dollar.

What if my project is small?

Send it anyway. Drywall patches, repaints and roof repairs are half our maintenance business, and small jobs are how most of our long-term clients started.

What makes a bid request easy to price fast?

Three things: the address, rough square footage, and what you're trying to end up with. Photos help; plans help more; neither is required. The more concrete the goal ("four offices and a conference room by June" beats "modernize the space") the faster the walkthrough turns into a number.

What if you're not the right contractor for it?

We'll tell you at the first call, and where we can, point you to someone who is. Wasting your bid window helps neither of us.
