Working in Sterling Heights
A manufacturing city that keeps its machines running
Sterling Heights is a working city: M-59 retail, apartment communities off Van Dyke and Mound, and front offices attached to the businesses that fill them. The work we do here is the interior kind. A suite turning over on a lease clock, a demising wall, an office build-out that has to happen without shutting the business down. That is why we schedule around our clients' calendars as a default, not a favor.
The city's other commercial engine runs along M-59: Hall Road's miles of retail, showroom and service space heading toward Lakeside. There we do retail build-outs and refreshes on lease clocks, plus the maintenance trades: flat roofs, repaints, drywall: that keep big-footprint buildings presentable and dry.
From our Madison Heights shop, Sterling Heights is about fifteen minutes up Mound or across 14 Mile. Close enough that a plant walkthrough or an urgent leak gets same-week eyes, not a spot on next month's route.
